Phở khô means "dry noodles" without soup. Each selection comes with beansprouts, lettuce, basil, and cilantro ready to toss "trộn" like a noodle salad. Served with your choice of our hoisin-peanut sauce or sweet and tangy nước mắm sauce. No option for substitutions. Phở khô trộn
Our original beef stock is made freshly in our kitchen daily. The dark and rich flavors are enhanced by roasted herbs and various beef selection of your choice. Traditionally “phở" is made with only beef and served with flat rice noodles and a side dish of fresh basil, bean sprouts, cilantro, chili and lime.
Our "hủ tiếu" are rice noodles soup in clear and flavorful chicken broth. "Miến" are transparent "glass" noodles made from mung beans also known as bean thread served in chicken broth
Here are a variety of our delicious rice dishes. Served with jasmine rice.
Our vegetarian dishes are out of this world! Simple, fresh, and healthier choices! Please exclude vegetable meats and egg rolls for vegan option.
