great Turkey Breast sandwich nice portion very moist not dry, and the bread is freshfresh Broccoli Cheddar soup was delicious as well and the Chocolate Brownie Cookies soft and fresh thanks for the bang for my bucks

The 2x1 promo was a sham. It was stale bread, very little meat and no veggies at all! This is not the normal sandwiches that we always get. It was really disappointing. We won't be ordering the promo again.

This is my first time ordering from this restaurant. Everything ordered was really good, BUT, I usually just get meat and cheese on my sandwich and it was a little skimpy.
My husband and I both really liked our soups.

I'm gonna start off saying this was my first time ever having Potbelly. My turkey sandwich on thin multi grain bread was so delicious, and the broccoli and cheddar soup was yummy, I must mention it was delivered hot. The chocolate brownie cookie melted in my mouth OMG I woke up thinking about that cookie brownie, haha. I'll definitely be ordering from Potbelly again.

Order always wrong, special insteuc always ignored. Ordered a cheese sandwich, paid DOUBLE CHEESE and literally received ONE piece of cheese after charging me. Basically bread, Onion and lettuce that's it. Gross.
