I've been looking for a quick, cheap, healthy place for the LONGEST TIME!! The pork belly was succulent and juicy and the veggies were plentiful and refreshing. The gochu sauce had a good balance of spicy and sweet (but not too sweet) and the portions are huge. Also, do NOT forget the kimchi and pickles! The worker there said both were housemade and they paired so well with the bowl. Safe to say, I'll be coming back.
P.S. I would've included a picture but I devoured my bowl 0.5 seconds after sitting.

Not worth the hype. Too much rice to topping. Ratio is way off. $20 for a beef Build Your Own Bowl! I also ordered one with pork. The pork was too chewy and fatty. You'll have to do better than this. The rice was also clumpy and over cooked.

the build your own bowl with chicken is absolutely delectable! the Vietnamese coffee is one of my new favorite beverages. The cooks received my special request that I submitted and did everything exactly how I had wanted. I will definitely be ordering from Red Pine Cafe again! 💯😎👌
