Im New York born and raised and NY pizza is incomparable to any other. Since I moved I've lived in many different places and seen so many pizzerias claiming they have "NY style" pizza. But they lie!! No one even came close to the NY style experience.... until Sbarro!!

Ordered 3 pieces of cake, side salad, garlic cheesy bread and pizza. The cake, salad and bread were great, but the main item was severely lacking. Crust was so thin in some places that the pizza was actually falling apart. Also, I ordered (and paid) for extra pepperoni, but it seemed I only received half the normal amount I'm used to with Sbarro pizza. I was not pleased with my overall experience.

I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to mall spaghetti. the sauce was fine but the noodles were mushy.

We have ordered from here 3 times and every time they have given us the wrong slices. It feels like they give you whatever they have left at the end of the day, regardless of what you order. This last order, we wanted 2 pepperoni slices, a Hawaiian slice, and a cheese slice. We received 2 pepperoni and sausage slices, a pepperoni slice and a slice with just mushrooms. Yuck! Very disappointed.

I've ordered from here twice now, about a month apart. Both times, I've ordered the White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, but never received it. The bag was completely sealed and it would have been obvious if it had been opened, so I know it's the store not giving it to me, not my dasher taking my food. If youre not gonna give people a particular thing when they order it, it needs to be taken off the menu!
The NY Cheese Slice is moderately good. Ive definitely had better New York style pizza slices, but this will do. I also ordered the Mango Lemonade, but it just tasted like a regular lemonade.
