The potatoes used for the french fries are pretty amazing. They're sweet and starchy and this to me personally is the perfect kind of french fry not fried to a crisp and still a little chewy. Such a huge portion trust me if you have two people in your party this will more than suffice. I don't even know if you'll need any other food. It's a lot !! The gravy is not too salty and the cheese is extra stretchy really good .

The poutine barely had any cheese curds. The smoked meat was dry/chewy and there was no coleslaw.
