Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado is perfect. It is delish and sooo smooth! Just what's needed to chase away sleepy morning eyes, or snapping right through that afternoon slump! White Chocolate Mocha and Chai Latte are two of our favs, always great!

This used to be our go-toH favorite Starbucks. However the last two orders have been incompetent or wrong.Last week the baked goods were missing, and we haven't received reimbursement yet. Tonight's order, my Cappuccino Grande cup felt very light. I removed the cup top and the cup was only half full, with no foam, whipped cream, or drizzle. I'm so disappointed. The Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado was the same situation, half full, no foam, whipped or drizzle, and it tasted awful. Bitter, like burned, and I could tell no Brown sugar was included. What's going on over there?

I ordered the sugar free vanilla iced protein matcha and it was oddly really salty to me. I'm not sure if it's the protein milk they used, but even with the sugar free vanilla flavoring, it wasn't very sweet. Definitely wouldn't order again. They also placed both my hot items on top of an iced cookies in the bag which made all the icing melt and stick to the inside of the packaging it was in instead of to the cookie itself. Kind of seems like common sense to put it on top of hot items...

we did not receive the two baked goods items with our order ( Yuzu Citrus Blossom​ and Chocolate Pistachio Loaf) . and we had paid for these. My experience when ordering a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage they were always completed with a dome cup. this was not... so where's the whipped cream? and no napkins included in the bag. would really appreciate a refund!!
