I'm in love with their spicy pork ramen! It's very flavorful without being too spicy. I usually add a large serving of bok choy, which is on the menu as "flowering cabbage" under toppings. Together they are enough for two meals.

Order done and delivered on time. Packed well. Tasted good. Dumpling were a bit smaller than I remember but they were delish. Large order of Pork/Shrimp Fried Rice (lager) was also a little smaller than expected. But that seems to be the current trend everywhere. Perhaps to keep costs as low as they can with the current inflation.

Food was delicious. They were almost done with my order when I showed up, so it was nice and hot when they handed it to me. The portion seemed a little small for the price, but that's my only complaint. I will definitely try to visit in store next time. Also, I'm not big on trying new things, but they had these slices of something I've never seen before. Not sure if it was a fruit or vegetable and I was hesitant to try it, but I'm glad I did. It was super delicious and really added to the flavor of the dish.

That was worth the price and this is worth the read. They've got the 3 P's perfectly. The preparation, the proportion, and the packaging.
The way they prepared the food in a very aesthetic and artistic way is just so magnificent.
At first I thought the soup is not enough to cover the amount of food (the noodles and the seafood) in it, but as I doubtedly put them together, lo and behold it is as balanced as yin and yang could be.
Then there's the packaging. I mean from the reusable bag to the actual food container, my eyes were already well fed and full. I may have paid more for that which I'd gladly would pay for again compared to having a plastic bag with cheap non-biodegradable styrofoam you can't even microwave. Oh yes that's right! I thought I would have to wash dishes but I guess I also paid for that too, by that I meant the food container is made of carton paper that is microwavable, although the food was still hot that I didn't have to heat it up. It also came with chopsticks, spoon, fork, and napkins.
Of course how can I forget. Saved for the last, the food itself. Most ramen I've had (from other places) usually leans on the side that shouts high blood pressure because of the amount of salt in it. But this one, the Seafood Ramen is as healthy as a ramen can be and should be. I don't know how I can emphasize enough the feeling I felt after having the first taste. It is the kind of food that feeds the soul. It is humble yet passionate. It felt like a warm soothing candle on a cloudy, rainy day. It was a great food and a great experience. Thanks for reading.
