Food was delicious. Chicken Bowl (BOGO) well packaged. though I wish the bag was stapled shut instead of tapped.

Gave Burrito Bros, another chance. Hoped they would deliver as I like to support - the Burrito was only sauce!! I actually once again called the Lakeshore location to ask for help, ask the manager to send what was ordered- no manager on location, and no call back. Save your money!!!

Absolutely terrible!! It was a burrito of sauce, I called the Lakeshore location to try and rectify the order - and ZERO LUCK! Asked them to p/u the burrito's and deliver burrito's that were not swimming in sauce. Zero customer service - zero follow through. I understand that perhaps the workers are not paid enough, but we are paying for an item as described, which is not delivered.
I would NEVER ORDER FROM here again!
