Full rack platter is 100% worth it, ordered it for takeout to share with my boyfriend. Ribs are done perfectly, lots of meat and fall off the bone. got it with the Mac chz (duh) and the diesel beans which are not to miss.
We also ordered the chicken platter because we couldn't decide, and the Carolina sauce....spot on.

The chicken thighs are delicious and I didn't even need sauce. The brisket was slightly dry, the pulled pork was very moist and a little fatty but both tasted great. Cornbread is delicious. The mac and cheese was too heavy on the smoke, or it would have been great. There was a lot of food! Two Meat Combo Meal

Mixed results on the quality of food. The Crankin' Chili Dog and Collard Greens-Side were very good. The Full Rack of ribs were so burnt and hard that they were completely inedible. I was shocked that a BBQ restaurant would even think about serving a box of burnt bones with no meat at all on them for almost $30 (no sides included). I never complain, but these were truly the worst ribs I have ever been served. American Steakhouse ribs are better than these. Not sure if I'll be back.

The PigMac has all the most delicious bbq and mac-n-cheese goodness in one spot! Great sauce, smokey flavor in with the cheese- can't beat it.

ribs were definitely from the day before. they are some of my favorite ribs around and I was super disappointed. got a full rack and usually get 2 to 3 meals from it. ate one rib and the rest went right in the trash.
