I ordered a Dark Roast Coffee and it tasted so watered down it literally tasted like hot water with cream and sugar so disappointed because I only drink the Dark Roast Coffee ..not to mention it was an extra large ugh

Come on, guys! I place an order every day. For the last couple of months you've been sending the Chocolate Dip Donuts in ether one bag or in separate bags but packaged for delivery on top of the small tea and up against the large hot drinks. At one point you were packaging the donuts in a small Timbit box and the donuts were always perfect... unfortunately that stopped... I wish you would make it mandatory to place dipped donuts (more than one) be place in a Timbit box.

I ordered the "veggie" cilantro lime wrap and there was no veggies in it. I watched reviews online and other people had tomatoes in theirs and mine didn't have any. I think I saw one piece of corn in there. They charge the same for the veggie and the chicken version of this sandwich, but the veggie one has no protein, no beans or anything like that. It should cost less than the one with chicken in it or they should add a non-meat protein. The put my ice capp next to my coffee in the bag and the ice capp was completely melted when it got to me.

Perfect order! Everything was fresh and I placed a big order with different toppings on the sandwich and they sent everything and it was all correctly made. I don't think they could have done anything to make my order better, it was just that good :)
