Iced coffee nearly completely watered downand the shop is like 5 mins from my job. I didn't order anything warm or heated with the drink. Also there was hardly any chocolate on the Boston Cream Donuts and the little it had got stuck to the wrapping. Waste of money

Ordered an everything bagel and got a croissant. The Boston Cream Donuts were in the wrapper upside down so all the chocolate came off. The eggs on the supposed bagel sandwich were scrambled and utter trash. This has now sealed my decision to NEVER order from here again.

I ordered a latte and this is how much room was in it... not worth it. Very sad. I know milk deflates from being steamed but as someone who used to be barista this is not enough milk

every single time I've ordered from this location they forget stuff. I paid for 2 Old Fashion Plain Donuts they didn't even bother to include. I don't blame the dasher, as the bag is sealed and they can't check it.
