Varsity didn’t start off as Perth’s best sports entertainment venue or burger joint, but the passion for American food and culture has always been there, and we knew from the get-go we wanted to bring…
This was a good and basic Cheeseburger, with a fluffy Brioche bun. This meal was for my nephew and he said the melted cheese was lovely and not salty. The beef patty was thick and juicy. His only issue was that his Chips were a little dry, but luckily they weren't oily. Thank you.

The extra large chips are pathetic! Not even the same size that comes with a burger (for free when dining in). It also didn't come with the mayo as promised. Door dash has been useless and varsity didn't pick up the phone.

Nothing like the image they show. Barely any crispy coating, coating was soggy from pickles, and chicken was dry from being over cooked!

Pricing is a bit much ... $72 for 2 x chicken burgers, 2 x regular chips and 1 x drink...then we didnt receive any chips or drink... but the burgers weren't bad

All the food is amazing, (especially the Big Kahuna burger), but they forget the sauce that goes with the fried mac & cheese & jalapeño poppers almost every time we order
