• 25-05-31The flavor on the South Philly Garlic Bread Cheesesteak was terrible and the amount of toppings/meat was laughable but the cheese fries were great! B.Y.O. Smash Burger was okay but I asked for extra of the special sauce and received none.

• 25-08-31Orders were made incorrectly, we ordered garlic parm wings and they were basically plane wings, I ordered a South Philly Garlic Bread Cheesesteak and it had no cheese on it, it smelt spoiled and the meat had some weird crunchy bits in it. Couldn't finish eating any of it. Only thing that was decent was the smoothie.

• 25-08-10Paid for extra steak and didn't get it. The smallest B.Y.O. Philly Cheesesteak I ever seen in my life. Wife got the smashed B.Y.O. Smash Burger and no bacon that we paid for and barely any cheese. Almost $50 for a toddler portion

• 26-03-14The fries are in seasoned no salt even, the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Cheesesteak looks nothing like the picture or even chicken and we wanted ketchup and pizza sauce for our fries and garlic bread and only got hot sauce and one empty ketchup packet
