Bowl and 3 Potstickers: small portion of rice, chicken was burnt & tasted that way, Potstickers were soggy rather than crispy

Honestly first time ordering from here and honestly dont think i will be comin back. First off the bao buns are actually good. But the bowls we ordered were less to be desired. I ordered the Classic Orange Chicken Bowl and while the portions for mine were great I recieved no sauce In the box or on the side for it. For my husband I got him the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl and it was not even a full bowl. He did attempt to eat it and it was pretty burnt. This man eats nearly eats anything and to see him spit it out really disappointed me. Hopefully this was just a genuine mishap but overall they did really well at packing to ensure it arrived safely. Hopefully if this is your usual go to place it's how it's to be expected.

I ordered the Teriyaki Bowl + 2 Bao to try it out.
When the food came to me, and I unpacked it, a slight pang of disappointment dawned on me as I looked at the meal.
The bowl's portion size did not match what I saw in the image, and from other bowl meals from other locations. The ratio of rice to Teriyaki Chicken was only like 5 percent Teriyaki to 95 percent rice that fit into the small container I had recieved. It tasted great, but as the main part of the meal, I expected a larger portion.
When I opened the Bao package, I was shocked that the Bao in question look surprising artifical, like it was a store bought microwave item. It stuck to the parchemnt paper, ripping as I tried to remove said paper. The Bao tasted alright, but I couldn't help but feel disappointed.
In the long and short, the food tasted good, but was underwhelmed by the quality of the food I received. I will probably order again out of curiousity, maybe I was on the receiving end of a bad day, but my first impression of Wow Bao doesn't wow me.
