While EXTREMELY delicious for $5 these Scratch Made Egg Rolls were small. It was like having 1.5 of a typical size spring roll. The dipping sauce it came with is not the red sauce you get most places. It was also very delicious but watery. The Buddha Bowl was also delicious. Fried egg was more burnt around the edges than I prefer. Also the image for the thumbnail showed a boiled egg. Based on the bowl's depth I expected more, but it was still filling. The shrimp were a good size and throughout the dish. The same with the chicken. Mushrooms were great also. The Avocado ranch was also extremely watery. I had to add the remaining egg roll dipping sauce, the provided avocado ranch, and some of my own sauce to add flavor and desired texture. If it didn't taste so great I would have given 3 stars. But the food was legitimately delicious. It tasted healthy. It was filling without feeling weighed down or overly stuffed.

It's so mid, mostly arugala leaves with a small scoop of meat, rice and these cold processed looking sweet potatoes. The fried egg is too crispy. I got the Buddha Bowl one in chicken and one in steak. The chicken probably had 4 pieces, not getting these again. But the steak was cooked pretty good.
