A stand-out Fantastic won ton soup! Fresh soft won ton wraps and wonderful flavor and broth, crisp bright green bok choy and some nice bits of seaweed.
Perfect chix fried rice as well. All arrived hot and packaged with care.
We will save as a Favorite for when back in Santa Cruz!

The 2 烤扇贝（2) / Grilled Scallops (2) , had only one filled with Scallop and that Scallop was about the size of a fat quarter. the noodles and sauce was delicious.
the 小笼包 (6个) / Steamed Soup Dumplings (6) , all had holes in the bottom and that leaked out the soup. Contents had very grisly meat. I spent almost $40 and I am still hungry.

Pleasantly surprised with our food. We ordered in a rush traveling into the Santa Cruz area. 干煸四季豆 / Gan Ban String Beans were altered so the kids can enjoy it without the spice. Their 砂锅日本豆腐 / Extra Soft Tofu with Minced Pork was soooo good! It was full of flavor and just needed that scoop of rice. Hot and sour soup was delicious. Got a two for one deal and it was the best! Would order again for sure!

Best dumplings in town, and best spicy beef dish ever! I've been to several of the Special Noodle locations in the bay, and was very excited when they expanded to Santa Cruz. Their pan fried soup dumplings are delicious, and they survive delivery quite well, arriving at a temperature that's still uncomfortably hot, but mercifully less scarring than when you dine in. The szechuan style hot oil dumplings are also a must-try.
Finally, their mixed chili beef (same as the Rainbow Beef in their location over the hill), is a crowning achievement in spiciness and impactful flavor, not to be missed if you can handle your heat.

The food here is always hot and flavorful. For authentic Asian food, this is the best in Santa Cruz. The portions are family style so they're larger than an individual portion. Our favorite take out spot!
