Disappointed. The Esquite was full of tough husks and the flavor was lacking. The skirt steak was nowhere near 10 oz... Thin slices covered in green onions. I had to move the onions around to see the steak. I thought I only got the sides to the steak. Also, it didn't taste good. This dish was $39.90.Not including the tip, I spent $60 and threw most of it away. I've ordered from Perla numerous times. Sometimes it's amazing and others, it's a huge disappointment. It's about 70/30, so for the price, it should be more consistent.

Food is amazing, service is top notch. I got the Chilaquiles with steak. Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious.

Decent quality. Surprised there aren't eggs in the chilaquiles. I live really close by and the chips still got too soggy. might try other items later. This entree is a little small but I think this is a bit fancier restaurant. On Yelp reviews it seems they have other meat options for this dish but on here only chicken is available and a tad dry.
