The burgers are great. When they first opened we got a burger and a full order of plump fries all in a box. Yesteray we received a paper bag with fries dumped in. about half of them were inedible and about half the serving size we got before. The burger was wrapped in paper and dumped on top of the fries. We did get a serving of dipping sauce. No napkins just a greasy bag. So. burgers are great. They need to go back to their original serving size of fries and put them in a box or separate paper wrapper.

Never misses for me! I love 101 burger and it always taste nothing less than phenomenal. Super consistent with quality of food and service! It's the right size to fill me up but not slow me down.

This was the second time I've ordered the fires and they haven't been warm. Obviously, sometimes your food won't be hot because of the time it takes to get to you. This time, the middles were cold and half of the fries weren't cooked fully. I don't know if I will try them again. They used to be so good, and the portion is very generous.

My girls and I enjoyed a tasty meal without having the cook tonight! My 202 COMBO | Fries was superb and it is always fresh tasting and the portion is plenty!! We will be ordering from here again! 🙌

Fantastic burger and fries - best I've had on the Coast in 35 years I've lived here. I'm a regular customer and the 202 COMBO | Fries is the right balance of beef, toppings, and bun for me. I recommend both raw and grilled onions. Everthing is always fresh, well seasoned, and satisfying.
