WOW!!! Shirin is seriously one of the best Persian restaurants in Woodland Hills! From the moment we walked in, everything was fantastic—the atmosphere, the service, and most importantly, THE FOOD! 🤤
We ordered the koobideh and chicken shish kebab, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The koobideh was incredibly juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfectly seasoned, slightly charred taste you hope for from a great Persian grill. Every bite was ridiculously good!
And the chicken shish kebab was just as impressive—tender, juicy, beautifully grilled, and full of incredible flavor. The chicken had that perfect combination of a delicious char on the outside while staying moist and succulent inside. Honestly, I could have eaten another plate!
The combination of the smoky grilled meat, aromatic seasonings, and fresh ingredients made this meal seriously mouth-watering. The portions were generous, everything came out beautifully prepared, and you could tell the food was made with care.
The service deserves a huge shout-out as well. Everyone was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience.
Shirin is the kind of restaurant where you finish your meal and immediately start thinking about when you can come back. The koobideh and chicken shish kebab alone are worth the trip!

I ordered the soup of the day for $12.99 and it came in a small container usually used for side dishes. This was less than half the size of the portion they have historically served. Unreal.

Really good food, nice and big portions as well. We ordered from another restaurant and it was ridiculous, so we got our money back from doordash and ordered from Shirin again. You also get some really tasty fresh baked bread everytime you order. Some constructive criticism, the jumbo grilled shrimp was great but was lacking in flavor, could use more salt, lemon, and spice, the shrimp were pretty good size, but I was expecting the shrimp to be just slightly bigger for the price. The koobideh was great but was lacking in salt this time. From our last order the ghorme sabzi was good but the beans were overcooked. Also I don't understand why they put the meat on aluminum foil instead of directly on the rice so the rice could soak up all the great juices, maybe they have some reason for it but I don't know what it is. Overall one of the best Persian cuisines in the valley. Thanks!

The Lunch Juicy Chicken Breast Kabob was delicious, portion size was huge and loved the sumac packet and pita. Great value and terrific food.

I have been a regular customer for about 20 years. The food is always great and the service has been always exceptional. All their dishes are amazing but I have my favorites. One thing I like about their food is its authentic taste that has not changed over the years and that is a blessing. Great food. Try their variety of lamb and beef kebab as well as their mixed rice especially the lentil, raisins rice.
