We did not receive all of our order. There were fewer than 30 nuggets and some looked like leftover little burned pieces. We ordered a separate large order of tenders and didn't get any of those. We needed to feed 7 people and this was not enough food.

Normally the food at Chick fil A is excellent. Today it was not. The chick fil A nuggets were burnt, dry and horrible. This was supposed to be a treat, but it was a disaster. Missing the Strawberry milkshake. The Autumn Spice Milkshake was really good. The kale salad was missing the pecan toppings.

Side salad (photos attached) had bad lettuce. The tomato came from the Spicy Southwest Salad, and was pretty nasty.
Nuggets were good.
Spicy Southwest Salad was missing its fixings (pepitas, tortilla strips).
Chick-fil-A is normally pretty consistent, so today's lunch was disappointing.

The chicken sandwich was thin and very dry. I didn't even finish it. The brownie and fruit were delicious though!

They need to have an option to not get the big clump of nasty cheese that you cannot be a toddler because it's a choking hazard
I ordered the large majority of the dish was the big clump of nasty burnt cheese adults may like, but not suitable for children
