I understand that being short handed makes for longer wait times, but my order had the wrong donuts boxed up. I spent $48 and the one I specifically wanted, the Boston creme, didn't arrive. I got Build Your Own Dozen and 3 of them were wrong. I'm disappointed. I ordered thru DoorDash and not sure how to rectify this error.

I hate that I'm giving such a bad review. But the donuts were stale. Plus, the order with one classic assortment was basically a bunch of glaze and then they threw in a chocolate with frosting and sprinkles. I was bummed. I wish you could pick what exactly you wanted.

Do not order Elf Elf Specialty Dozen through doordash. The premium you pay for the dozen when you only get 9 speciality and 3 of them are regular. if paying a premium, all 12 need to be the specialty, not just 9.
