Fries were very soggy. Need to find a new packaging system to keep them crispier. Tasted good

Chicken was a good size. Very generous portion and worth the price. Very light on the seasoning though. I could hardly taste the difference between the 2 dry rub flavors I got. Dry ranch and garlic parm. I'll try a wet sauce next time and see.

The Bone-In Wings were great but the pick-up experience was bad. The app never showed that the order was ready and it says to wait outside and someone will come outside. Apparently, Chilis no longer does this. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside to find my order sitting there getting cold.

Purchased 3 different flavored boneless wings. Would have been nice if you identified the containers with what was what.
Mango Habenero was not hot enough and garlic parmesan was horrible. Curly fries were bad. Not buying from here again.

The wings were fried to my liking (well and crunchy), however, I ordered the lemon pepper flavor and they had no lemon pepper flavor at all.
