• 10/29/24Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea is often my go to boba, and Gong Cha has a great balance of tea and sweet. They need to work on quality issues though. Today is the second time that I've ordered in the past month and the toppings have been missing. The tea is great though!

• 10/30/22The Taro drink it's self is great! But the Taro Puree is disgusting which ruins the drink for you and it's half Puree so it's a big waste don't recommend

• 6/27/23Flavor was good, the cocoa picante was excellent. Peach lychee and mango yogurt were both a bit too sweet even though I'd ordered no sugar; not sure if this was a mistake or they're just that sweet even without added sugar.

• 9/5/23I paid for large Purple Sweet Potato Smoothie but they made a medium size smoothie. Quality was good but I did not get what I paid for. Please pay attention to details.
