Ordered a spicy sandwich and the chicken was rubbery almost looked undercooked. Ordered 2 chocolate shakes and they gave me 1 chocolate and 1 birthday cake. The lemon pepper chicken wings were good. Very disappointing, I'm done ordering Zaxbys the quality is poor and inconsistent. Not worth 50.00

Ordered the Asian salad without the coleslaw but I guess they didn't read the no slaw option. The slaw is so not necessary. Pretty disappointing! The lemon chicken wings were delicious. The shakes were perfect tasting but were overfilled causing it to leak under the lid.

chicken tenders were the size of literal fingers and i paid for ranch sauce and they gave me multiple zaxbys sauce very unpleased for 15$

Zaxby's had me surprised when I ordered best I've had in a while the wings the e drinks all task amazing. Tasted very fresh gave me a lot and I was full I am going to order againobviously order again

I asked for extra sauce and didnt get it.
Fries were hard and dry.
Fingers also were hard and dry.
The toast was soggy and only toasted on one side.
Only the cole slaw was good.
Please do better!!!!
