Absolutely wonderful family meal more than enough food for 6 adults and a 5 year old. Food was hot and tasted great. We made a special request for plates and cups as we were outside of the hospital, they came through with everything needed. Big kudos to the staff on this one. We thank you!!

The lasagna was absolutely horrible. The noodles were hard and crunchy this sauce had a sour taste to it. I was absolutely disappointed in this establishment. The cheesecake was very small and with the price you paid for it you would thank your peace would be a little bit bigger slice it also was a epic fail. The only good thing was the bread sticks. I have to say half of them were hard and Nasty. Overall I give this restaurant on a scale of 1 to 10 I give this restaurant a two. I thought this would be an excellent restaurant but I was let down and when I called to complain I was Hung up on. I know People have bad days but come on customer service should be your number one priority. Because if I feel like you don't care about my experience. You don't care about your restaurant.

I have to say that Fazoli's has the best Italian "fast food" dishes They are our goto and this store did not disappoint. Tonight I we ordered the chickrn parmesan and it was delicious. The breadsticks were warm and garlicky ..yum! Door dash came in good time and everything was warm.

Lasagna was great, and they have greatly improved meat sauce. it was full of meat. I like very moist lasagna, and I always order extra meat sauce. The order was delicious.
