Get the kanpyo (gourd strips) roll. It's sweet and marinated in soy and a delicious vegetarian (vegan?) option! Soft shell crab roll and enoki mushroom tempura was delicious as well.

Honestly, everything and anything at this restaurant are amazing. It's hard to find a Japanese restaurant that prepares food the way they do in Japan. A few of our favorite items (among many) include sawara, spicy yellow tail, broccoli tempura, nasu miso, spicy miso ramen, and the seared sorbet tuna with truffle sauce. Honestly everything is amazing. Just try them all!
