The toaster was down so my bagel couldn't be toasted as requested but that didn't matter because it was the most delicious blueberry bagel I've had! Very soft, fresh, and prepared well.

they don't have the Iced Cinnamon Cake Timbit there but they wrote me a note and gave me a couple extra as a replacement, it was a small gesture that I really appreciated :)

Store staff is very unprofessional. Avoid ord ftom them on weekend. Twice my order was incorrect. They could not get right. They wanted me to come in. It was a delivery. 40.00 in total.

This was the second time the order was not right. On today's order we ordered 4 sandwiches with sausage but only three arrive with sausage.
