The food is always fantastic. However the dasher did not deliver the pizza I ordered. He said I needed to call the restaurant because they didn't give it to him. I called Ruggles Black and they said he definitely left with the pizza. They refunded me for the missing pizza but I had to place a second order with fees and tip to get what I ordered. Thankfully, Ruggles Black offered to provide me with two pizzas in addition to refunding the first one to offset the delivery fees. This is my favorite restaurant and where I celebrate my birthday every year. This solidifies how great they are in addition to having excellent food.

Cannot recommend the Paleo 16oz. Ribeye ribeye enough! The mushroom salad, the carrots or sweet potatoes or whatever they are are so sweet and delicious! The ribeye is my go to dish.

Wedge salad was not a wedge... five pieces of wilted Romain lettuce, and the other accoutrements scattered around. Bolognese was OK, there should be an option for something other than spaghetti squash. Cutlery was not included. Definitely would not order again.

Didn't receive sweet potato fries like the description said in the fish and chips dish. I got normal fries. Other than that disappointment, the food was not good. The lemon cheesecake was also pretty bad, the crust tasted baddd, I couldn't take more than two bites.

If you haven't had Ruggles Black, you're missing out! Unlike anywhere else in Houston, RB offers the most unique, delicious food that you'll become addicted to. I only DoorDash it when I'm unable to get to the beautiful restaurant (an experience itself).
