• 7/8/26The Milk Tea w/ Boba genuinely shocked me. It's really good and it tasted like real boba which I wouldn't expect from a fast food place. Delicious

• 6/6/24Have ordered multiple times to give multiple chances. Once they said they were closed and that they always close at 12am when they are 24hours and I didn't get my food after waiting 2 hours(not expecting premium service at that time but 8 nuggets and fries does not take 2 hours to make). Only got 6 nuggets this time with onion rings instead of fries and there was an onion ring in my chicken nugget box. They also got my drink wrong and gave me a diet coke instead of a Dr.Pepper.

• 10/3/25Every time I order something with no bacon/sausage, I still get it with either or. I order something without bacon, & it still comes with bacon??? I didn't add it or anything so now I can't eat it
