• 5/22/22hawaiian was soggy from the teryaki sauce just sitting there for who knows how long. the fries were like the leftover looking fries, tiny little burnt pieces and not like it was a big serving either, we were definitely skimped on the sides of fries for both the hawaiian and the lil wave burger. the jungle caesar was good and fresh at least. by the time we received the shakes, they were like soup, it was gross.

• 8/10/24The Tortilla Beach Tacos were not good at all. Of the 3 tacos, only 1 of them actually had more than a bite or 2 of meat. I ordered carnitas. I have never had mushy carnitas in my life. But that's what was it was. Basically, I had onion tacos with salsa. Wish I could post a picture.

• 1/20/25Soup was fine but paying $7 for a salad like this? Even if smal side salad, this should be like $4 for the few pinches of salad that is there.

• 3/23/25Very disappointed. We frquent Islands, and this was just so far below their normal standard. I feel like I wasted my money. The salad did not come with the dressing, and the chicken was cold and rubbery. The burger was missing ingredients.
