• 3/23/26I am not one to complain ever for the most part. But this was bad. Ordered the build a bucket 8 piece yesterday. Chicken came extremely greasy a soggy on a couple pieces. Coupemof legs were over cooked. Mac and cheese was barely warm had 9 fries and both them
And the wedges were cool to cold on the inside. Ordered 3 queso's only received 1 queso and it had lumps of cheese in it! The biscuits and coleslaw were the best thing with the order. And to top it off I was missing multiple sauces that I paid for. I hope someone sees this and reaches out. Idk when or if I'll order again.

• 8/8/24I purchased the 8 pc. Chicken + 8 pc. Tenders Fill Up meal for 6 people and was very disappointed. The bone in chicken was still slimy and not crisp at all. The tenders were not even cooked all the way! A large Mashed Potatoes & Gravy was almost enough to give 3 kids a couple bites each. They forgot my large Coleslaw. Fries were old. Gravy was okay, dark brown spots on top like they scraped the whole container to fill the one they gave me. Biscuits were great.

• 1/28/24Ordered 3 piece box and received 1 1/2 pieces. Ordered the kfc sauce and received Buffalo. The chicken sandwich was hard as a rock. Very disappointing.
