The sandwiches I normally order are great. Today they were not great at all. My sandwiches were barely wrapped, sloppy and had a wayyy too much of mayo. I had a huge peppercorn buried in my sandwich that i bit into (im hoping it was a peppercorn and not something else) which was disgusting. I dont know if they were super busy or if there is someone new there or if the employees just don't care but im hoping this is a one-off. Otherwise I'm not ordering from this location again.

I worked at Penn Station years ago for a little over 5 years and have been to multiple Columbus locations; this was a disappointing visit. The bread was stale, the fries were awful, and it just wasn't up to par. Hoping my next order will be better.

Horrible. Normally when I order food from pen station, the bag is tapped or stapled. I got my food in a wrinkle bag and my sandwich was NOT wrapped and exposed. Wasted $20 for regular sub I refuse to eat for it looks tamp with. My sandwh was out of the wrapper and it had no tape on that either protecting the sandwich.

Wrong bread used on a sandwich. Lots of lettuce not many tomatoes. A random French fry in one sandwich. Bread was doughy- like it wasn't fully baked. Fries were quite cold.

Cheesesteak was absolutely delicious! Fresh-Cut Fries The fries were not cooked thoroughly as they normally are.
