Hook & Ladder is by far my new favorite. GREAT SANDWICH! Perfect size and nice and fresh bread.

The potato soup was watery and tasted awful! The subs had a sweet taste and were bad. I guess that's why they were buy one get one free.

Premium Premium Roast Beef sub was terrible. One bite and threw it away. Roast beef was overdone, very little meat. Waste of$12

This how I received my sandwich. Not very appetizing! Especially when I ordered a Hook& Ladder. The sandwich fell all apart due to the bread being so soggy. The pickle i received was all dried up and tasted horrible! I have never had this kind of experience ever!

It is completely unacceptable to receive my food without any type of safety tape or some type of secure packaging to ensure no one can touch my food once leaving the establishment. It came in a brown paper bag with some of the sandwich box sticking out. I trust DoorDash drivers, but a driver could touch,lick,spit,poison the food and how would anyone know or be responsible. This is ridiculous. Firehouse, you are the only place I've ordered from that does this. 0 stars if I could.
