We have ordered a Stuffed Crazy Crust Custom on 2 separate occasions and both times it didn't come with the crazy crust on it. We ordered again today and my husband called our local shop to ensure they put it on there. He was kind and cordial on the phone, the employee just said yeah, and hung up on him. And no crazy crust on our pizza again. Everything else was correct and delicious.

I ordered the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni™ because I had it before and its one of their best pizzas, unfortunately this time I guess they didn't feel like making it so an employee just added extra regular pepperoni to an already made pizza. How do I know you ask? Because most of the pepperonis were not even cooked, cold and this pizza did not have the same flavor as the one I ordered before. Im just disappointed and let down in the fact that I could have ordered a hot n ready and paid less and got what I actually wanted versus paying more and not. I have always had good food from this store with no issues and now im just let down

I ordered crazy bread and when I received it it was not fresh and had no butter or Parmesan. It was just plain bread. Not what I like. I am very disappointed.

Literally gave me a whole different pizza than I ordered, and there is no sauce. AND there is like 10 pepperonis on it. I paid for a more expensive pizza, and still got the wrong one.
