This place has really good ingredients. The problem is that staff just doesn't get the orders completely right, more often than not. Last time my lox bagels were untoasted. Who would want to eat that or pay that much money but then have the problem of an untoasted bagel? This time it was a single serving of lox - one slice - when the order was a double. Ordered capers, one side had no capers. All the capers were wadded up in the bagel hole, on one side. What the heck? Management needs to step through routines with staff and do double checks before sending orders out.

Phenomenally flavorful breakfast sandwich(Egg & Cheese Onion Bagel w/Bacon), with an enormous proportion. Hash Browns were not crispy like I prefer, however, still edible.

The management has improved as wait time reduced significantly, but the lack of spread on the bagel was upsetting. Before, there was an extraordinary amount, and today's order didn't even cover the bagel on one side. Very disappointing.

Whenever we come to South Florida and we vacation in Pompano Beach, we enjoy the Brooklyn water bagel company. Our sandwiches are coffees pickles or exceptional anything that we do is considered first notch. This place is highly recommended.

I can't review half of my order since it was missing. I ordered 4 items and only received 2. I'd love if the staff had a system of checking delivery orders before they are picked up by a driver. Both sandwiches were so haphazardly made that I had to deconstruct and put them together properly. Pastrami on the Pastrami Egg & Cheese sandwich was black and salty, as if they came from the ends, and they only put about two slices. I sent a picture to my sister in NYC who regularly orders pastrami breakfast sandwiches and she couldn't believe her eyes. A disappointing way to spend $23.
