• 11/13/22Great sub place. I have never received a bad sub from this establishment. Ingredients are always fresh and everything is made to order exactly as ordered. So glad they are going through doordash again.

• 7/16/26I'm not sure what it is but do you have a shortage of banana peppers? Like my family loves them and between the three sandwiches we ordered I think a total of 4 banana pepper rings. That would mean that each sandwich had like 1.25 banana pepper rings. How does this happen and why does it always happen. I'd have to say it's become common with the last 5 orders have the same average amount of banana peppers which is again about 1.25 per sandwich. Our other favorite sandwich shop is calling our name. Let me know if I can drop off a jar of banana pepper rings.

• 7/25/26There were several items missing and several items I specifically requested asked to be kept off due to allergies on the tuna salad.
I love Jersey Mike but this was totally different and a waste of money as I couldn't eat it due to onion allergy which I asked to be held.

• 1/27/23It was okay, I got the chipotle cheese steak & it wasn't spicy, it was weirdly sweet. My boyfriend got the portobello cheese steak & it was lack luster as well. The brownies were nice & gooey, highly recommend putting it in the microwave for 10-15seconds and having some vanilla ice cream on hand. I ordered extra meat on one of the subs & both subs were "normal", so I wouldn't bother ordering with the upcharge. all & all not bad, but definitely not living up to the hype. I can get the same quality on better bread from Penn Station.

• 7/19/23This is my second order for cheesesteak...
First one had way too much seasoning, and my second order has so much bread it overtook any steak. This location is not any match to the Willoughby location.
