• 2/10/26Turkey bacon ranch came with one tiny strip of bacon and lettuce, no turkey or cheese, and I had even paid for extra cheese. A $26.00 sandwich that was not worth it at all. The magnager of the store didn't care at all about the quality they are sending out.

• 8/30/25I love Firehouse Steak & Cheese® but every time I order it, it comes with less and less filling. It costs me over $35 to order just the sandwich, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect to actually be able to see the meat inside the bun.

• 3/18/26The Cup Potato Soup was more liquid then you'd expect. Like 2 small pieces of potato and no flavor. Wouldn't order again.
The Hook & Ladder was good. My go to sandwich. Lately it's been coming with less toppings and not the freshest lettuce. Still going to get it again though.

• 7/30/24There was barely any tuna salad on this sandwich. Really disappointing. I've had it here many times before and it has always been one of my favorites
