They forgot to put my brownie in my bag! They have a bad habit of not checking the whole order for sides and or desserts. I need to start calling the store before picking up. Do better staff. The sandwich's always taste fresh and delicious. I love freshness of the wheat bread.

I requested to remove ingredients I have reactions/allergies to that were not removed. Missing the ordered brownie. Missing the pickle. Had to throw the entire order away.
Usually they do a fantastic job, but this has started happening consistently with their deliveries and pickups.

The sandwich was ok. The veg could have been more fresher. The bread more toasted. But, the cookie was good.

really crazy, the bread is almost burnt on my
sub not to mention the fact that the meat is mostly fat so its basically inedible
there is literally no cheese on the Kids Grilled Cheese. there is no drink with my Kids Grilled Cheese and no chips either. but it's suppose
to be a COMBO! If it had been the first issue with this restaurant I wouldn't be so upset , but it seems to be how they operate their daily routine. this is really quite ridiculous for the amount of money i was just charged for this.
