• 7/12/26Five stars! The calzone, even for a small, was more than enough for leftovers and lunch the next day. Meatballs were big and flavorful. The salad looked and tasted beautiful, their homemade balsamic dressing was the bomb. Fresh rolls and butter were included at no extra cost. I will also mention that I asked in the special instructions for four cups of marinara and they delivered. Most places will be stingy about that. Mediterraneo Restaurant is at the top of my list for best Italian restaurant in Westminster!

• 6/19/26Have never ordered anything from this restaurant that didn't meet expectations in 16 years. The Mediterraneo Colossal Crab Cake is phenomenal and the Fried Green Tomatoes take me back to my childhood memories eating at my mom's table.

• 8/27/22Good tasting, used to be reasonably priced and portioned. The limoncello cake tastes good, but seriously? 6 bucks for the same size piece of cake they give to you for free at the sushi place?? Not worth it. I won't be ordering again.

• 10/6/23My husband and I both love the food from Mediterraneo restaurant. It is one of our favorite places to eat in Westminster. We've never been disappointed.
The Baked Ziti is one of my husband's favorites, and it didn't disappoint. The pasta was tender, and it had just the right amount of sauce and a great amount of cheese. He said his roll was as delicious as usual. He also enjoyed my roll.
My Colossal crab cake was loaded with huge lumps of delicious sweet Maryland crab meat. As always, the spice was just right. The amount of filler was just enough to keep it moist and hold it together. I had a single crab cake with onion rings as the side. The onion rings were just a slight bit over brown on one side. I can't figure out how that happens in a deep fryer. Nevertheless, they tasted fine.
We each had a Homemade Cannoli. They are one of our favorite desserts, and Mediterraneo makes them the best in Westminster.
Our Dasher was very fast, and also very careful with our food. Everything arrived in perfect condition and piping hot.
