Tonight was an off night for em I guess. One Classic Chicken Sandwich that looked like it'd been sittin for a few hrs. 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches with no mayo, tomatoes, just a thin soggy piece of lettuce. Usually they are on point, so hopefully it was just an off night, but.. ppl pay alot of money for food, they expect and deserve quality. Every time.

ordered extra on the sandwiches and got nothing, barely anything on them at all. for $12 a sandwich, not worth the money

Bag of food was closed with duct tape..ordered large drinks, got small ones instead and the drinks were wrong. Ordered a large frosty got a small

overall quality was trash. i was missing food and giving old food. the only thing worth the money is the milkshake

th baconator fries are a joke they didn't even put the ghost pepper ranch on them just a packet in there ....and they forgot the fries from the combo even though it was the 2nd time tonight I ordered the exact same thing
