Best Wendy's ever! Literally... my baked potato is always perfectly cooked and my chili is always hot. They never let us down.

I have had the wraps in the past. They are usually pretty good. Filling. This was terribly disappointing. Couple pieces of cubed grilled chicken. Terrible. Fries were old saggy. Total waste of $20

unfortunately the fires were so flat and the French toast stick so skinny and overcooked and crunchy

So today was the day that I found out that their classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich recipe has changed. I had no clue about the change and I haven't had the sandwich in 6 months or more? Anyway, I was eating the sandwich expecting nostalgia and deliciousness and got the most tame, unoriginal, disappointing least spicy/peppery chicken sandwich ever. I should have just gotten Chick-fil-A. And the only reason I chose Wendy's is that i heard they were going to close a bunch of restaurants. Well I can tell you that the recipe change for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is only going to strengthen that argument to close more Wendy's restaurants. The worst thing is that I wasn't even expecting it and I had to Google why the sandwich tasted so different. I don't typically eat burgers so yeah I'm not going to order from Wendy's probably ever again.

the fries were ice cold the burgers were overcooked and cold. we understand that they cook things ahead of time but they need to understand that people would wait for fresh food rather than settle for old food fast.
