Minced Chicken with Lettuce Cups was particularly good tonight. So was the Mu Shu. Portions are so generous that we never really got to the Chow Mein, saved it for another meal. Hot and Sour Soup was pretty peppery and vinagar heavy tonight. It varies from order to order I find. Still tasty, but might be a little much for some.

The string beans and spring rolls were tasty. The Peking duck was a disappointment. They didn't seem to be a lot of meat for a whole duck. 24 pancakes were provided, and we were able to use a fraction of those! Also, the pancakes were stuck together. It was kind of impossible to peel off one without tearing it. The duck was also quite bland.

Forget how wonderful this food is!!!! We just need to order more from Great China. All they have is good!!! Great flavor, great portions and a nice variety of choices. Looking real forward to ordering from Great China real soon. Thank you!!!!

The ginger scallion prawns were excellent, plenty of sauce with a fresh, sweet ginger flavor. The braised Mongolian lamb was OK, but a little dry. That said, the price was very high for what I got.
Next time, I'll stick to Mongolian beef and the walnut prawns.

The General's Chicken was advertised as spicy. Not spicy at all. Portion was very large, but had no flavor at all other than too sweet. The General's Chicken should have a zippy pronounced ginger flavor. This did not.
