One of the "ham" sandwiches had a mortadellla-like pattern of fatty squares. Not for me. Coffee good but forgot the milk. Caeser salad tasty but small portion for the price. I have eaten often at the retail locations of this chain, And the food has always been very good. So I will consider today's disappointments an aberration.

there was no falafel on my falafel salad. I was told they would refund $5 of a $20 salad. Definitely not okay. other ingredients were poor. Two little tomatoes, no dressing. Terrible first time experience.

The salmon on the salmon and Egg Sandwich was not fresh. It was inedible. When you pay for extra salmon, you do not get it. This has been an ongoing problem and I have ordered at least 10 times from Paul's but always with my fingers crossed. But The Breakfast Brunch, the pastries and the 3-egg omelet are very good.
