Every time I order through DoorDash, it's a complete roll of the dice how much they'll fill a burrito bowl. Tonight was disappointing and skimpy for spending money on upgrades like cilantro lime, and guacamole. The bowl was the smallest I've ever received (half full).

There was more rice ratio than chicken. Not only that, but there were parts of the chicken that were hard and burnt.
With the chili salsa , it over powered the rice flavor and was super spicy.
Definitely over priced and not worth it.

Carne asada was cold (obviously it was not freshly cooked as it was cold) and had several pieces that could not be eaten, which is sad as there was only 10 pieces of meat on the salad. Plus the chicken burrito was missing the cheese and had more rice then anything in it

Bones and Cartilage in the chicken, barely any meat for ordering double the protein. Also, it took well over an hour to get my food. This was my last time giving them a chance. Either they need to restaff with people that care or it's a whole corporate problem.

Burrito Bowl didn't have hardly anything in it. you spend $19 for air i guess. I remember why I stopped ordering Chipotle.
