Gorgeous chewy bagels loaded just right. The hot chocolate is the perfect balance of not too sweet but delightfully rich. The coffee with a shot of espresso is beyond amazing. The smell alone helps you get ahead of the day, and the taste is phenomenal. It is not sharp, bitter or over-roasted. It is simply heaven. And I am PICKY! Thanks to all the staff there!

I got a bacon burrito instead of an ancho and I'm vegetarian. but my partner ate it and said it was delicious. I'm bummed because I was really looking forward to having a burrito with my chai.

Everything was perfect, except the most important item, my nonfat latte, came in the small size and I definitely needed the large size I ordered this morning. Attention to detail could use improvement.
