The food is always amazing tasting , fresh, great size portions, and arrives hot . Great food, good prices AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 2 miso soups were missing from the order, no biggie b/c the foods consistently delicious . AIRI caught it, and sent another order out .

This ramen was absolutely delicious!! First time ordering from here and wow wow wow. I couldn't put it down! I'll definitely be a repeat customer. The broth was so good, and not salty and didn't taste like I was drinking soy

For the price you get almost no food. Very expensive and you're getting about half the size of a normal large. $18 for a house fried rice was crazy considering the size. The meat in the rice was very weird as well. Kinda gooey. I would not order again I regretted not ordering from my usual shogun but wanted to give them a try since we got their flier in the mail.

Well, we ordered the A1. Edamame but they sent us the A2. Garlic Edamame, which is spicy. It was supposed to be for our kids, and they can't handle spicy, so that was frustrating. They were also mushy and seemed like they were either over cooked or had been sitting around a while. The B8. Wonton Ramen and B5. Spicy Chicken Ramen were mediocre at best. chicken was stiff, and it was all just a bit lackluster and didnt seem fresh. I ordered and paid $2.50 for an extra egg, but did not receive it. you don't even get a whole egg to begin with, just a half. The printed receipt that came with our order was different than the order we placed on DoorDash...not sure how that happened, but it was a disappointing experience regardless. Everything is expensive these days, and we have cut back on our eating out, but I think I'd rather pay a little more somewhere else to get better quality food. Sorry.

Ordered the salmon avocado roll and the sweet P3. Sweet Salmon Bowl
The roll tasted like there was tuna in it but no tuna was in sight and on my poke bowl I was expecting rice as the base (as I did not select for my rice to be replaced with lettuce) and I received lettuce anyway. Def not worth $30 go to H-E-B for their sushi instead it tastes the same.
