The staff at this location are absolutely incredible. The food is amazing as well. I simply struggle giving any other restaurant my money when I know the service and quality I can get here consistently.

Ordered fajitas and the side of pico/cheese/sour cream seemed very old. Cheese was soft and liquidy. We didn't get chips and salsa in our order which is usually included. Got a side of guacamole and it was literally one spoonful of guacamole.

the poblano itself was delicious and the filling was more like corn chowder with properly seasoned and well cooked chicken breast. it was a little too creamy for our taste. the relleno served on the side was inedible and cooked / fried beyond identification. it all became a big ball of same colored mush. they thoughtfully had the hatch chiles sauce on the side. the relleno was somewhat burnt and yet still mushy prior to sauce being added. the rice was fine. the beans were too smoky. i don't understand smoky beans. biggest of all -- the salsa was beyond salty. i've never had heavily salted salsa. the chips were not really salted which is fine since the salsa was beyond salty. i threw it out sadly i can't imagine going back. i've been eating mexican food for decades and this was by far the worst i've ever had. including fast food. glad it's popular and some people really like it. the portions are monstrous. i knows some people like over the top amounts of food -- i'd rather have it be tasty.

The "queso" was just cheese. No peppers or pico in it. The $8 salsa was not a pint.
Usually love this place but def off their game tonight.

Chicken fajitas were mediocre at best. They came looking like someone cut a chicken breast in half. Not strips, no charred just a a large boiled chicken breast.
