Food was cold, one piece of bacon on jr bacon cheese burger and bun was stale. No cheese on the Chili Cheese Fries and ordered a vanilla frosty but received a chocolate one.

The Honey Buddy chicken biscuit has potential to be really good if enough honey sauce (or any) was put on it. That is the name of the biscuit, therefore plenty of sauce should be added otherwise it's just a plain chicken biscuit. I've had this twice & the first time was barely enough but hardly any the 2nd try. I even added the Swiss cheese sauce on the side but it was missing. I really want to like this.

Ordered the $5 Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag and included bacon to be added to my burger with an additional extra charge and when I received my order my burger was missing the bacon but did not forget to add the additional creamy ranch that was also extra charge to my order. Very disappointed!

My Crispy Chicken BLT only had onion and mayo nothing else. Bacon Cheese Baked Potato was under cooked. Coke was flat.

The burger was dry and the baconator fries barely had any bacon sitting on top of the fries with a little bit of cheese. Very disappointing
