Las Fuentes Mexican Restaurant, family owned and operated, first opened its doors the year of 2002 in Florissant, MO off Hwy 67. We have over 25 years of experience managing different Mexican restaura…
All the food was delicious as usual, The Horchata is almost a necessity as good as it is. The QUESABIRRIAS are outstanding, though I'd requested no cilantro as one of us is sensitive to it, but it was still there. Not a deal breaker, but it meant one of the members of my party could only taste about a bite size rather than having an entire piece of her own as intended. The ALAMBRADA is my go-to, so much flavor and a great mix of textures. The ENCHILADAS VERDES were very tasty as always, but I requested both the guacamole salad and crema salad (which are both shown as optional sides on DoorDash) but only received the guacamole salad.
I'm not sure if the cilantro and missing crema salad issues are the fault of the restaurant or the app, and it's unusual for there to be errors with our orders here.
The only other thing we noted is that the salsa for the EXTRA SALSA & CHIPS seemed spicier than usual. Still good, but just a bit more burn than we've experienced over years of coming here.

Ordered 2 Cheese Dip & Chips (Large 10 oz.) The description says 10 oz however it comes in a tapered 16 oz container and was no more than half full. I paid $11 for maybe 4-5 oz. The food was good but overpriced and under-portioned.

A year ago this place was "pretty good", it was decent mexican food for a decent price. Last night we paid at least $6 more on every item and the quality was not good. No salt on the Extra Salsa & Chips and no tortilla in the Cheesy Chicken Tortilla Soup (Large) The Burrito Supremo somehow managed to be salty and bland at the same time, no spices just salty hamburger meat.

it hit the spot for a Mexican craving but I probably wouldn't order again. for $23 the 2 meat fajitas had a whoooole lot of veggies and not much meat (it's extra for shrimp and I had a total of 5 pieces of shrimp) was a little bland and didn't have that good grilled/cast iron texture. seemed more like it was stewed. the sample platter was fun but the way its all just thrown together in a tray made everything soggy. an order of rice was forgotten. salsa was excellent but they only gave us one very small cup even though we ordered a ton of food. I would assume eating here would be much better in person.

I absolutely love this restaurant. All the workers are so nice. Even though the food may be a little bit more pricey, it's worth it because it's so good and they give you so much! If you haven't gotten a mexican coke before, try it! They use real cane sugar instead of corn syrup like american cokes so they're so much yummier
