The lid was a bit slippery and almost fell when I held it by the lid. Other than that the cotton candy melts in your mouth. Super smooth. I truly have not experienced bad ice cream from BR. They are neck to neck with Cold stone in my opinion.

The icecream is always great, but twice now I have ordered double amounts of cookie dough pieces and I barely get one. Just put extra topping into another container instead of leaving the customer without what they wanted ... I dont want to be a jerk. It's just frustrating when I pay money for something i dont get.

They hadn't received a specific flavor that door dash listed available. I order enough from them that they either knew me and knew what I'd like or just made a great thoughtful attempt. Either way my life cream for the night we'll be delicious. Thank you !!!

Expensive for a 12oz amount of ice cream. I should have just went to the store. Lesson learned.

The three scoop sundae I ordered, had the tiniest scoops of ice cream I've ever seen. It was like someone was playing a joke on me.
